Most products purchased from this site may be returned within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund (receipt required).
Textbook Return Policy
Textbook purchases made on or before the first week of school will have until the first Friday of the term to return textbooks, with receipt present. Books must be in the condition that they were purchased; bundled and packaged items cannot be opened.
Textbooks may be returned after that first Friday of the term if the student presents a drop slip from the class that the book was being used for. If the Student does not present a drop slip they may still return their textbooks, but a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This will be available until the second Friday of the term. Books must be in the condition that they were purchased; bundled and packaged items cannot be opened.
Any textbooks that are purchase after the second Friday of the term are non-returnable.
For Wintermester and Summer terms this policy does not apply. Please contact the store for details.
No refund on access codes, software or wrapped packages if opened.
General Books - Returnable up to 10 business days (two weeks) from the date of purchase. All test prep, study aides, Cliffs' notes and special orders are non-returnable.
Computer items - Returnable if unopened. Must be a current product (within 30 days of purchase).
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
In-Store
The following conditions apply to ALL RETURNS
Cash register receipt and personal identification are required.
Charge Card purchases will be credited to your account.
The actual credit card is required for return credit.
Items must be in the same condition as when purchased,
with price marks and/or tags attached and include all original packaging.
All refunds are subject to Departmental Managers' approval
We are unable to accept returns on the following items:
Food, sale items, study aids, test prep, computers, software, memory, items in broken or open packaging, and special orders.
Textbook Refunds
You have until the end of the 2nd week of the semester to return your textbook (receipt required). After that time textbooks will not be allowed to be returned. If you receive a damaged product or have any questions about this policy call our textbook office at 775-784-6597.

Non-Textbook Merchandise
General books may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Other merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if items are in original condition and are currently in our stock.
Defective Items
Defective items may be replaced by the manufacturer. Please return such items with receipt to the Bookstore for further information.
