How do I find my books?  If we do not a listing for the class, we do not have an order from the professor at this time.  NOTE: If the price is listed, we have the item in stock. If there is no price listed, we do not have the book in stock. 

Where do I pick up a book I ordered online? All online orders and Chegg rental pick-ups are at the front of the store on the 2nd floor (unless the customer had it shipped to them directly).

What if there is no shelf tag for my class?  This means the bookstore does not have a request from your professor at this time. What if the class & section is right but the professor is not correct: go by section.

What if there is a shelf tag but no book?  We are expecting most items before the start of term.  Later, we will have notes as to why the item has not arrived –late order from professor or delay with the publisher. After 1st week of school: we may be sold out.  Please see the Textbook Office
 
What is the return/exchange policy?  Textbook purchases made on or before the first week of school will have until the first Friday of the term to return textbooks, with receipt present. Books must be in the condition that they were purchased; bundled and packaged items cannot be opened.
Textbooks may be returned after that first Friday of the term if the student presents a drop slip from the class that the book was being used for. If the Student does not present a drop slip they may still return their textbooks, but a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This will be available until the second Friday of the term. Books must be in the condition that they were purchased; bundled and packaged items cannot be opened.
Any textbooks that are purchase after the second Friday of the term are non-returnable.
No refund on access codes, software or wrapped packages if opened.

What’s a RF transmitter/clicker? Where are they? These are handheld devices that professors use in classes to take attendance, conduct quizzes, and record student participation.  Students do not need separate clickers for each course.

What is MyMathLab?  PLEASE SEE MyMathLab FAQ poster in math section or at the register for more details. The access code is behind the register -$75. 

Where is MyMathLab?  Other access codes?  These are behind the registers in bins.  Please note: Some E-books are kept in the Textbook Office.  The tag will say “See Textbook Office.”

Why are there no used copies of this book?   Does it contain software or an access code? If so, it contains material (software of access code) which is required, so it must be sold new. Otherwise, we have sold out of used copies or we were unable to obtain used books.
